Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oruataiaka Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waiomatatini on Wednesday, the 17th day of September, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be leased to Heni Matekino Milner for twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the capital value of the land, with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value of the land, or with the right to compensation for improvements."

Dated at Gisborne this 13th day of August, 1913.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Marangairoa No. IA Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waiomatatini on Wednesday, the 17th day of September, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That a part of the said land, to contain 3,000 acres, more or less, be leased to Katerina Ngata for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the capital value of the land, with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value of the land, or with the right to compensation for improvements."

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotokautuku No. 6H Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuparoa on Monday, the 15th day of September, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said block, or a portion thereof, be sold to Bertha Wicksteed, wife of Robert Hartley Wicksteed, of Rotokautuku, sheep-farmer, at a price not less than the present Government valuation of the land."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotokautuku No. 6K 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuparoa on Monday, the 15th day of September, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That a lease of the said block of land be granted to Herbert Charles Beach, of Tuparoa, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the capital value of the land, with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value of the land, or with compensation for improvements."
