Notice respecting Proposed Town District, Mangapapa, County of Cook.

Wellington, 15th August, 1913.
IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a town district under the said Act, by name the Town District of Mangapapa. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the constitution of the said town district which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF BOUNDARIES OF PROPOSED TOWN DISTRICT OF MANGAPAPA.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Hapara Stream with the Taruheru River; thence along the left bank of the said Hapara Stream to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot No. 3 of Whataupoko No. 5 Block; thence across the said stream and along the southern boundary of the said Lot No. 3 to its south-western corner; thence along the north-western boundaries of Lots Nos. 3 and 2 of Whataupoko No. 5 Block and the north-western boundary of the last-mentioned lot produced to the Ormond Road; thence across that road and along its north-eastern side to Allotment No. 2 of Whataupoko No. 5 Block; thence along the south-eastern boundary of the said Allotment No. 2 and its production north-easterly for a distance of 25 chains to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Whataupoko No. 3 Block; thence along a right line to and along the north-eastern boundary of the said Whataupoko No. 3 Block and the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Whataupoko No. 4 Block to the Borough of Gisborne; thence along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of the Borough of Gisborne to the left bank of the Taruheru River; and thence along the left bank of that river to the Hapara Stream, the place of commencement.
