Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, proclaim as a road the land in French Pass Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Land set apart for a Road in Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District, Waiapu County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section twenty-one of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that whenever any Crown land is required to be set apart for any public work, the Governor may at any time, by Proclamation duly gazetted, set the same apart for such public work without complying with any of the provisions of that Act in respect to the taking or setting apart of other lands for such purpose:
And whereas the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is Crown land, and is required to be set apart under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities in me vested by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road, and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
