ALL that portion of Crosby Street, in the Borough of Mornington, adjoining Lots 178 and 179, Glen Estate.
Also all that portion of Hill Street, in the said borough, adjoining Lots 148 and 149, Glen Estate.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33661, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon bordered blue.

Portion of the Eastern Side of School Road, in the Township of Shiel Hill, Bay Town District, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to certain Conditions as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of August, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by subsection one of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is, inter alia, provided that the said section shall not apply in any case where the local authority having control of a road or street by resolution declares that the provisions thereof shall not apply to any specified road or street, or any specified part thereof, and such resolution is approved by the Governor in Council:
And whereas by subsection two of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, and clause (b) of subsection one of section thirteen of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, it is provided that such approval may be either absolute or subject to such conditions as the Governor in Council thinks fit to impose, and may refer to one or both sides of the road or street:
And whereas the Bay Town Board, the local authority having control of the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said portion of road:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved in so far as it refers to the eastern side of the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the conditions hereinafter mentioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution to the extent hereinbefore mentioned, subject to the conditions that no building or part of a building shall be erected at any time within a distance of twenty-six feet five inches of the centre-line on the eastern side of the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Bay Town District, Township of Shiel Hill, known as School Road, adjoining Lots 13, 15, and 16 of the said township; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33459, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured yellow.

Order in Council amending Regulation No. 2 under the Public Service Classification and Superannuation Act, 1908.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of August, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Service Classification and Superannuation Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the regulation numbered two in the regulations made under the said Act on the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and gazetted on the eighteenth day of January then instant, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the following regulation; and doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall come into operation and take effect as from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.
REGULATION.
- ORDINARY meetings of the Board shall be held quarterly on the second Thursday in February, May, August, and November, at 2.30 p.m.
