Declaring Roads in Blocks I and II, Oxford Survey District, to be Government Roads.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of August, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

Declaring Road known as the Public Works Service Road, in the Clifton County, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of August, 1913.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in Clifton County, Taranaki Land District, known as the Public Works Service Road, commencing at its junction with the Ohura Road and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally adjoining Sections 10, 9, 8, and 7, Block XI, Tangitu Survey District, Sections 7, 8, and 9, Block I, Rangi Survey District, passing through Section 6, Block I, Rangi Survey District, adjoining Sections 1 and 2, Block II, Rangi Survey District, across the Ongarue River, and terminating at its junction with Okahukura on the North Island Main Trunk Railway, being a distance of 7 miles 30 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33857, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Rosebank Park Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of August, 1913.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eight, appointing the Avondale Road Board to be a Domain Board to control the Titirangi Domain, and doth hereby appoint

THE AVONDALE ROAD BOARD

to be the Rosebank Park Domain Board, having the control of the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Road Board Office, Blake Street, Avondale, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

ROSEBANK PARK DOMAIN.

(Formerly known as Titirangi Domain.)

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 23 acres, more or less, being Section No. 1, Parish of Titirangi, Eden County. Bounded towards the south-east by Section No. 2 of the said parish, 580 links; and on all other sides by the Whau River: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52745/18B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
