applied as an addition to a site for a public school: And whereas the Governor in Council is of opinion that the said street should be so applied:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve that the said street described in the Schedule hereto shall be applied to the purpose of public utility aforesaid.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece of land in the Auckland Land District, Borough of Opotiki, being that closed street running from Church Street to John Street between and parallel with Richard and Ford Streets, and adjoining Sections 107 to 111 and 153 to 157, having an area of 1 acre, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33733, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon bordered red.

Recreation Reserves in Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of July, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter be known as Rochford Park Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.
ROCHFORD PARK DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 5, Block IV, Makotuku Survey District. Bounded towards the west and north generally by Section 4, Block IV, Makotuku Survey District, 664·4 links, 170 links, 687·6 links, 366·9 links, and 319·6 links; towards the south-east by the Mangawhero River; and towards the south-west generally by the North Island Main Trunk Railway, 163·5 links, 77·9 links, 187 links, 72·3 links, 55·6 links, 256 links, 74·2 links, and 147 links.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 18, Ohakune Village Settlement. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road, 223·1 links and 357·15 links; towards the north-east by Section 3, Block V, Karioi Survey District, 1194·3 links; towards the south-east by Lot 2 of Section 18 aforesaid, 416·8 links and 513·9 links; and towards the south-west by Ohakune Railway-station yard, 891·85 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/280A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Waihi Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of July, 1913.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a public cemetery: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Waihi:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Waihi, in trust, for a public cemetery.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods 31 perches, more or less, being Section 3, Block XVI, Ohinemuri Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 1046·2 links; towards the south-east by Section 23, Block XVI, Ohinemuri Survey District, 1924·7 links; towards the south-west by the Waihi–Tauranga Road, 800 links; and towards the north-west by Section 16, Suburbs of Waihi, 1250 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1565/10, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Amending the Description of a Reserve in the Township of Raetihi, Wellington Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that where there has been any error of description made in any notification of any intended reserve, or where there appears a great discrepancy in the area of any intended reserve after the same shall have been surveyed, the Governor may cancel any notification that may have been made in respect of such reserve, and issue fresh notification in respect thereof, with amended particulars and description:
And whereas an error was made in the area of Section 197, Block XII, Township of Raetihi, Wellington Land District, in the Warrants of the nineteenth day of October and the seventeenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 77, of the twenty-seventh day of October, and No. 91, of the twentieth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight respectively, reserving the land for municipal purposes; and it is expedient to cancel the said Warrants in so far as they relate to Section 197, Block XII, Township of Raetihi, Wellington Land District aforesaid:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrants of the nineteenth day of October and the seventeenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, in so far as they relate to Section 197, Block XII, Township of Raetihi, and do declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be the land set apart for municipal purposes intended by the said Warrants.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section No. 197, Block XII, Township of Raetihi. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 204 of said Block XII, 200 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 196 of said block, 500 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 200 links; and towards the south-west by Section No. 198 of said block, 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/908, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
