PURSUANT to the provisions of section 10 of the Shops and Offices Act, 1908, I, William Ferguson Massey, Minister of Labour, do hereby specify that the Combined District of Auckland comprises the City of Auckland and the Boroughs of Birkenhead, Devonport, Grey Lynn, Mount Albert, Mount Eden, Newmarket, Northcote, and Takapuna. IN pursuance of the power conferred upon the Native Minister by subsection (b) of section 298 of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, William Herbert Herries, Native Minister, acting on the recommendation of the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board, do hereby consent to a sale of Kourateuhi No. 2a Block, containing 9 acres, situated in the Provincial District of Auckland, to Charles Wellwood Reeves, subject to the same restrictions and to the same requirements as to confirmation and otherwise as if the said land was not subject to Part XVI of the Native Land Act, 1909.
