Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Arrangements for First Election, Te Puke Town Board.

Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 26th June, 1913.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

OLIVER JAMES HODGE, Esq.,

of Te Puke, to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of Commissioners of the Town District of Te Puke, as constituted by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and the person to prepare electors rolls for the purposes of the said first election; also to appoint Wednesday, the 16th day of July, 1913, to be the date, and the Mission Hall, Te Puke, to be the place, at which such first election shall be held; also to appoint Wednesday, the 23rd day of July, 1913, at 7.30 o'clock in the afternoon to be the time, and the said Mission Hall, Te Puke, to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said Commissioners shall be held.
