Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby direct that the bridge and approaches thereto as described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Tunakore Bridge and approaches, shall, from and after the date of this Warrant, be under the exclusive care, control, and management of the Dannevirke County Council :
And, in further pursuance and exercise of the aforesaid powers and authorities, I do hereby fix and determine that the cost of maintaining, repairing, improving, or reconstructing the said bridge and the approaches thereto is to be provided and paid by the Dannevirke County Council out of the funds of the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge over the Tunakore River, in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Dannevirke County, situated on the Mangapuaka Road adjoining Section 11, Block VI, Mangatoro Survey District, together with the approaches thereto ; as the site of the said bridge and approaches are shown by means of a red cross on the plan marked P.W.D. 33550, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
