respectively, for the construction of roads and streets within
the Morrinsville Town District, including kerbing and channel-
ling portions thereof and the formation of footpaths, the said
Morrinsville Town Board hereby makes and levies a special
rate of 2¾d. in the pound on the unimproved value of all
rateable property within the Morrinsville Town District;
and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on
the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency
of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or
until the loan is fully paid off.
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Mor-
rinsville Town Board held on the 20th day of May, 1913.

Council, is published in accordance with the provisions
of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment
Act, 1912.

DANNEVIRKE COUNTY COUNCIL.
Copy of Resolution made at a Special Meeting of the Danne-
virke County Council held on the 7th day of May, 1913.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the Local Bodies’
Loans Amendment Act, 1910, the New Zealand State-guaran-
teed Advances Act, 1909, and amendments, and with the
consent of the ratepayers of the special-rating area in the
County of Dannevirke hereinafter described, testified by a
petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the rate-
payers in the special-rating area, the capital values of whose
properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said
county is collectively greater than the capital values of the
properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the
Dannevirke County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing interest, sinking fund,
and other charges, the Dannevirke County Council hereby
authorizes the raising of a loan of £175 for the purpose of
completing the unmetalled portions of the Te Uri Road,
commencing at the junction of the Te Uri and Mangapuaka
Roads to within about 15 chains of the south-eastern bound-
ary of Section 9, Block VII, Mangatoro Survey District, and
from there to metal about 15 to 20 chains of the worst portions
of the road opposite Section 12, Block VII, Mangatoro Survey
District, the said Dannevirke County Council hereby makes
and levies a special rate of 1/7 of a penny in the pound upon
the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Te Uri
Road Special-rating District, comprising Sections 3, 4, 7, 8,
9, 12, ½ of 6, ½ of 2, Block VII, Sections 1 and 2, Block VIII,
and Section 73, Block XII, all in the Mangatoro Survey Dis-
trict; and that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of the loan, and be payable on the 1st
day of July in each and every year during the currency of
the loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or
until the loan is fully paid off. The interest and sinking fund
on such loan is to be at the rate of £5 6s. 6d. per centum
per annum. It is proposed to pay out of the loan the cost
of raising such loan, and the interest and sinking fund thereon
for the first year.

hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the resolution
made by the Dannevirke County Council on the 7th day of
May, 1913.

THE following resolution, made by the Mangawhero Road
Board, is published in accordance with the provisions
of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment
Act, 1912.

MANGAWHERO ROAD BOARD.
Resolution.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its
amendments, the Mangawhero Road Board hereby resolves
as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect
of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan
of £550, authorized to be raised by the Mangawhero Road
Board under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its
amendments, for the purpose of building two bridges, the
said Mangawhero Road Board hereby makes and levies a
special rate of 1¾d. in the pound upon the rateable value of
all rateable property of the Anderson-Burrell Special-rating
Area, comprising Section 6, Block I, and Section 8, Block I,
Mangawhero Survey District; and that such special rate shall
be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan,
and be payable half-yearly on the 31st day of March and the
30th day of September in each and every year during the
currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and
a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
made and passed at a special meeting of the Mangawhero
Road Board held on Wednesday, the 7th day of May, 1913.

Board, is published in accordance with the provisions
of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908.

MORRINSVILLE TOWN BOARD.
PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,
I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the
Morrinsville Town District was taken on the 28th day of
April, 1913, on the proposal of the Morrinsville Town Board
to borrow the sum of £6,000 for the construction of roads
and streets within the Morrinsville Town District, including
kerbing and channelling portions thereof and the formation
of footpaths.
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 23.
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 1.
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
