NAPIER BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and their respective amendments, the Napier Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :-
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £12,000, authorized to be raised by the said Napier Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Acts, for the following purpose—that is to say, the completion of the construction of drainage-works in and for the Borough of Napier now in progress, the said Napier Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny and one-twenty-fifth of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value, on the basis of the annual value, of all rateable property of the Borough of Napier, comprising the whole of the said borough; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-one years or thereabouts—that is to say, until the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Made by resolution at a meeting of the Napier Borough Council held on the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Laying out, reclaiming, and improving, and erecting buildings on the Sir Donald McLean Memorial Park .. .. .. .. .. £ 1,250
Laying out, reclaiming, and improving, and erecting buildings on the William Nelson Park .. .. .. .. .. 1,250

the said Napier Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 3/10 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value, on the basis of the annual value, of all rateable property of the Borough of Napier, comprising the whole of the said borough; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-one years or thereabouts—that is to say, until the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, or until the loan is fully paid off.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
NORTHERN DISTRICT.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and of the MITCHELSON TIMBER COMPANY (LIMITED), (in Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that by an Order of this Honourable Court of the 20th day of March, 1913, the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before Friday, the 9th day of May next, to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to LEWIS BRIGHT, the Liquidator of the above-named company, at Little Queen Street, Auckland, and if so required in writing by such Liquidator are, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified by such Liquidator, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned RICHARD SELWYN ANDREWS and CHARLES EDWARD WROTH, carrying on business as Chaff and Straw Cutters, at Annat, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, and elsewhere, under the style or form of “Andrews and Co.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
