11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering
the following proposed resolution :—

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land
Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that the
several lands named in the First and Second Schedules hereto
will be offered for sale and lease respectively by public auction
at Auckland on Wednesday, the 21st day of May, 1913, at
2 o’clock in the afternoon. Term of lease: Twenty-two
years, with right of renewal for one further term of twenty-
two years.
Plans and particulars may be obtained from the under-
signed, or from the Under-Secretary, Native Department,
Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts and
balance-sheets in respect of the undermentioned
estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon,
have been duly filed in the above Court ; and I hereby further
give notice that at the next sitting of the said Court, to be
holden on Thursday, the 8th day of May, 1913, or as soon
thereafter as application may be heard, I intend to apply for
