Meeting of Waiariki District Maori Land Board postponed.

Rotorua, 15th April, 1913.

NOTICE is hereby given that the ordinary meeting of the Waiariki District Maori Land Board notified to be held at Rotorua on the 29th day of April, 1913, has been postponed to Tuesday, the 13th day of May, 1913.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino 5A 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 2nd day of May, 1913, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said block of land be sold to Rangitaitua, of Pirika, for the sum of £400.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangawhero West No. 1A No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 2nd day of May, 1913, at 12.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Jessie Campbell Polson at a price equal to the Government valuation thereof, as ascertained by special valuation; such price not to be less than £4 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaikou No. 2D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Thursday, the 1st day of May, 1913, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Kenneth Finlayson, of Titoki, farmer, for the price of £2 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaikou No. 2H will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Thursday, the 1st day of May, 1913, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Kate Anne Finlayson, of Titoki, married woman, for the price of £2 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tarangawahanui No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Thursday, the 1st day of May, 1913, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to William Alison at £4 an acre, or leased to him for twenty-one years at 4s. an acre, or at such prices as are agreed upon at the meeting.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukerua No. 2r will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Tuesday, the 6th day of May, 1913, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase shall be accepted.”

“That the land be sold to the Crown at the Government valuation.”
