BOUNDARIES OF ONE-TREE HILL ROAD DISTRICT.
ALL that area in Eden County bounded towards the north-east by the north-eastern side of the Great South Road from
its junction with the Auckland-Onehunga Road to Hamlin’s
Creek at St. Ann’s Bridge, thence towards the south generally
by Hamlin’s Creek and Manukau Harbour to the south-eastern corner of the Borough of Onehunga, thence towards
the south-west generally by the Borough of Onehunga to the
Auckland-Onehunga Road, and thence towards the west
generally by the said Auckland-Onehunga Road to the place
of commencement.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF EDEN COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north generally by Waitemata Harbour from the
Whau River to the Tamaki River; thence towards the east
generally by the Tamaki River and the Otahuhu Creek to
Portage Road; thence towards the south by Portage Road
to Manukau Harbour; thence towards the west and again
towards the south by Manukau Harbour to the Borough of
Onehunga; thence by that borough and again by Manukau
Harbour to the western side of Portage Road to Karaka Bay;
thence towards the west by the western side of Portage Road,
Brennan Street, Portage Road North, and the northern side
of the Great North Road to the Whau River at the Whau
Bridge; and thence by the Whau River to Waitemata
Harbour, the place of commencement: excluding the City
of Auckland, the Boroughs of Grey Lynn, Newmarket, Mount
Eden, Mount Albert, and the Town District of Ellerslie.

Redefining Boundaries of Borough of Milton and of the County
of Bruce.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 20 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, the boundaries of the Borough of Milton are hereby defined as set out in the First Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the said borough having been altered by an Order in Council, dated the 4th day of March, 1913, made under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, as amended by the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, and published in Gazette No. 21, of the 13th day of March, 1913.
And also in pursuance of the said section 20 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, the boundaries of the County of Bruce, affected by the alteration made by the said Order in Council, dated the 4th day of March, 1913, are hereby defined as set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF THE BOROUGH OF MILTON.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District bounded towards the north-west by the Invercargill-Dunedin Railway Reserve from the Tokomairiro River to the south-western boundary of Section No. 103, Block XII, Tokomairiro Survey District; thence by the said Section No. 103 to the main South Road at the southernmost corner of that section and a right line across the said road to the north-eastern side of Duthie Street; thence again towards the north-west by the south-eastern side of the main South Road aforesaid in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 1300 links; thence again towards the north-east by a line at right angles in a south-easterly direction from the aforesaid road, a distance of 1100 links, to Johnstone Street; thence towards the south-east by the north-western side of Johnstone Street and its production across Springfield Road; thence again towards the north-east by the south-western side of Springfield Road to Section No. 136, Block XVII, Tokomairiro Survey District; thence again towards the south-east and north-east by the last-mentioned section to Section No. 138; thence again towards the south-east by the said Section No. 138 to the road running along the left bank of the Tokomairiro River; and thence towards the west generally by the eastern side of the last-mentioned road and along the left bank of the said Tokomairiro River (eastern branch) to the place of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF COUNTY OF BRUCE.
ALL that area bounded towards the north and north-east by Taieri County as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 45, of the 1st June, 1911, from the eastern boundary of Tuapeka County to the sea; towards the east and south-east by the sea to the mouth of the Clutha River; thence towards the south-west by Clutha County as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 8, of the 6th February, 1913, to the southern boundary of Tuapeka County as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 111, of the 30th December, 1882; and thence towards the north-west generally by Tuapeka County aforesaid to the place of commencement: excepting the Boroughs of Balclutha, Milton, and Kaitangata.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1908, and its amendments, I hereby notify that the undermentioned Crown land, being the land known as the Winchester Settlement, which has been acquired under the said Acts, is subject to the said Acts as from 30th March, 1912.
