NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that the several lands named in the First and Second Schedules hereto will be offered for sale and lease respectively by public auction at Auckland on Wednesday, the 21st day of May, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Term of lease: Twenty-two years, with right of renewal for one further term of twenty-two years.
Plans and particulars may be obtained from the undersigned, or from the Under-Secretary, Native Department, Wellington.
