NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Kaiapoi on the 12th day of May, 1913, to consider the report of the Commissioner appointed under the Kaiapoi Reserve Act, 1910, and to otherwise exercise the jurisdiction conferred upon the Native Appellate Court by the Kaiapoi Reserve Act, 1912, and to hear and determine the applications set out in the Schedule hereunder, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.
