WAIMARINO COUNTY COUNCIL.
Special Order altering Riding Boundaries.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the provisions of the Counties Act, 1908, the Waimarino County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of adjusting and altering the boundaries of the Raetihi and Parapara Ridings in the county, the boundaries of the Raetihi and Parapara Ridings as at present constituted be altered, and that new boundaries be substituted as described hereunder.
Raetihi Riding.
Commencing at a point where the western boundary of Section 277, Raetihi Suburban Township, joins the Pipiriki-Waiouru Road; thence generally north to the eastern boundary of Section 26, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District; thence generally north by the eastern boundary of the said Section 26, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District, to the south boundary of Section 8, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District; thence due east by the said south boundary of Section 8, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District, to the Makotuku Stream; thence generally south by the said Makotuku Stream to a point in line with the south boundary of Section 22, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District; thence due west by the south boundary of the said Section 22, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District, to the western side of Islington Street (being the eastern boundaries of Sections 20 and 19, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District); thence generally north by the west side of the said Islington Street (being the eastern boundaries of Sections 20 and 19, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District) to the north boundary of the said Section 19, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District; thence due west by the said north boundary of the said Section 19, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District, to the Hukaroa Road; thence generally north by the eastern side of the Hukaroa Road to the starting-point.
Parapara Riding.
Commencing at a point where the south boundary of the Raetihi Riding joins the centre of the Parapara Road; thence south by the centre of the said Parapara Road to the Okura Stream; thence south by the said Okura Stream to the right bank of the Mangawhero River to the south boundary of the riding; thence west, north-westerly, and east by the present south, south-west, and north boundaries to the west boundary of the Raetihi Riding (as described herein); thence generally south and east by the west and south boundaries of the Raetihi Riding (as herein described) to the starting-point.
I, Peter Brass, Chairman of the Waimarino County Council, do hereby certify that the above special order was duly made and passed at a special meeting of the Council held on the 8th day of February, 1913; and was duly confirmed at a special meeting of the said Council held on the 29th day of March, 1913.
In testimony whereof the common seal of the Waimarino County Council was hereunto affixed on the 29th day of March, 1913.

Special Order made by the Maori Hill Borough Council altering Boundaries of certain Wards.

THE following special order, made by the Maori Hill Borough Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910.

MAORI HILL BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Special Order.
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 125 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, the Maori Hill Borough Council resolves by way of special order as follows: That the present boundaries of the wards of the Borough of Maori Hill be revoked, and in lieu thereof the said boundaries be fixed as respectively described in the following Schedule, viz.:
SCHEDULE.
South Ward.—All that area within the Borough of Maori Hill bounded as follows: By a straight line running from the southern corner of Section 8, Block I, Upper Kaikorai District, in a north-westerly direction to the south-western corner of the said section; thence by a road-line in a north-easterly direction to the southern corner of Section 9, Block II, Upper Kaikorai District; thence by a road-line in a north-westerly direction to the southern corner of Section 11, Block II aforesaid; thence by a straight line in a north-easterly direction to the north-eastern corner of Section 4, Block II aforesaid; thence by a road-line in a north-westerly direction to the south-western corner of Allotment 5 of subdivision of part of Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block VIII, Upper Kaikorai District; thence by a straight line in a north-easterly direction to the north-western corner of the said Allotment 5; thence by a straight line in a south-easterly direction to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 1 of the said subdivision; thence by a straight line in a north-easterly direction to the north-western corner of Allotment 29, Township of Cannington; thence by a straight line in a south-easterly direction to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 6 of the said township; thence by a straight line in a south-westerly direction to the most easterly corner of Section 9, Block I aforesaid; thence by a straight line in a south-westerly direction to the southern corner of Section 8 aforesaid, the place of commencement.
East Ward.—All that area within the Borough of Maori Hill bounded as follows: By a straight line running from the north-eastern corner of Allotment 6, Township of Cannington, in a north-westerly direction to the north-western corner of Allotment 29 of the said township; thence by a straight line in a south-westerly direction to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 1 of subdivision of part of Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block VIII, Upper Kaikorai District; thence by a straight line in a north-westerly direction to the north-western corner of Allotment 9 of the said subdivision; thence by a straight line in a north-westerly direction to the most southerly point of Allotment 51, Township of Woodend; thence by a straight line in a north-westerly direction to the south-eastern corner of Section 94, Wakari District; thence in a straight line in a north-easterly direction to the north-eastern corner of the said Section 94; thence by a road-line in a north-westerly direction to the south-western corner of Section 74, Block XI, North Harbour and Blueskin District; thence by a road-line in a north-easterly direction to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 18, Block I, Township of Glenleith; thence by a road-line in a north-westerly direction to the south-eastern corner of Section 11, Block VIII, North Harbour and Blueskin District; thence by a road-line in a north-easterly direction to the northern corner of Section 68 of Block XI aforesaid; thence in a straight line in a south-easterly direction to the north-eastern corner of Section 67 of the said Block XI; thence along the eastern boundary-line of Sections 67 and 69 of the said Block XI to the south-western corner of Section 8, Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin District; thence along the southern boundary-line of the said Section 8 to the north-eastern corner of Section 5 of the said Block X; thence along the eastern boundary-line of Section 5 of the said Block X in a straight line to the southern boundary-line of Section 475R of the said Block X; thence along the southern boundary-line of Section 475R of the said Block X to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 475R; thence in a straight line in a south-easterly direction to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 6 of the Township of Cannington, the place of commencement.
West Ward.—All that area within the Borough of Maori Hill bounded as follows: By a road-line running in a north-westerly direction from the south-eastern corner of Section 11, Block II, Upper Kaikorai District, to the south-western corner of Section 17 of the said block; thence by a straight line in a south-westerly direction to the south-eastern corner of Section 103, Wakari District; thence by a straight line in a north-westerly direction to the most westerly corner of Section 53, Wakari District; thence by a straight line in a north-easterly direction to the northern corner of Section 66, Wakari District; thence by a straight line in a north-westerly direction to the south-western corner of Section 58, Block V, Dunedin and East Taieri District; thence by a straight line in a north-easterly direction to the northern corner of Section 45 of the said Block V; thence in a straight line in a south-easterly direction to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 45; thence along the south-eastern boundary-line of the said Section 45 and of part of Section 44 of the said Block V to a road-line; thence by a road-line in an easterly direction to the north-eastern corner, Section 94, Wakari District; thence by a straight line in a south-westerly direction to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 94; thence by a straight line in a south-easterly direction to the most southerly
