And whereas a parcel of land known as Mangaheia 2A No. 1 has, by an Order in Council dated the thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nine, been brought under the provisions of Part XVI of the Native Land Act, 1909: And whereas application has been made to revoke the said Order in Council in so far as it affects the said parcel of land:
And whereas the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board recommends accordingly: And whereas it is expedient so to do:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the said Order in Council in so far as it affects Mangaheia 2A No. 1 Block; and it is hereby declared that this Order in Council is made under the provisions in that behalf of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall operate accordingly as a consent of the Governor in Council to the proceedings hereby authorized.

Revocation of an Order in Council under Section 296 of the Native Land Act, 1909.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of February, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section two hundred and ninety-six of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under Part XVI of that Act, or under Part II of the Native Land Settlement Act, 1907, may be at any time revoked, either wholly or as to any part or parts of the land included therein, by the Governor by Order in Council; and thereupon the land so subject to that Part of that Act shall, to the extent of that revocation, cease to be so subject: No land shall by reason of any such order of revocation cease to be subject to that Part of that Act at any time during the continuance of the term of any lease of that land granted by a Maori Land Board under that Part of that Act (including in that term of any renewal to which the lessee is entitled):
And whereas a parcel of land known as Nuhaka 2x 3c No. 5 has, by an Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eight, been brought under the provisions of Part XVI of the Native Land Act, 1909: And whereas application has been made to revoke the said Order in Council in so far as it affects the said parcel of land:
And whereas the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board recommends accordingly: And whereas it is expedient so to do:

Regulations for Deer-shooting, Rotorua and Whakatane.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act, 1908 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby make the following regulations prescribing the deer-shooting season in that part of the Rotorua Acclimatization District comprised in the Counties of Rotorua and Whakatane (excluding all land within five miles of the shores of Lake Okareka), and the conditions affecting the same, and also the form of license and the fee payable therefor.
REGULATIONS

RED-DEER stags may be taken or killed within the above-mentioned part of the Rotorua Acclimatization District from the 7th April, 1913, to the 5th May, 1913, both days inclusive.

Licenses to take or kill such deer may be issued by the Government Tourist Agent at Rotorua, on payment of a license fee of £3, in the form prescribed in the Schedule hereto, and subject to the said Act and these regulations. The number of such licenses shall not exceed six; provided that not more than one such license shall be issued to the same person.

No licensee shall take or kill more than two stags, and no stag shall be killed carrying antlers with less than ten points.

No hind or fawn shall be taken or killed on any pretext whatever; and no licensee shall allow any dog to accompany either himself or any attendant he may have with him.

Nothing herein contained shall extend to authorizing any person to sell any deer or portion thereof.

Any person committing a breach of any of these regulations shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding £20.
SCHEDULE.
No. License to take or kill Game (Deer).
, of , having this day paid the sum of £ , is hereby authorized to take or kill red-deer stags, of not less than ten points, within the Counties of Rotorua and Whakatane (excluding all land within five miles of the shores of Lake Okareka), in the Rotorua Acclimatization District, from the day of , 1913, to the day of , 1913 (both days inclusive), subject to the provisions of the Animals Protection Act, 1908, and all regulations thereunder in force within the said district.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act, 1908 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby make the following regulations prescribing the deer-shooting season in that part of the Rotorua Acclimatization District comprised in the Mahia Peninsula which is in the said acclimatization district, and the conditions affecting the same, and also the form of license and the fee payable therefor.
REGULATIONS.
