Amending Regulations under the Fisheries Act, 1908, as to
Size of Blue Cod.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth
day of February, 1913.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Orders in Council dated the fifth day of
March and the nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, respectively, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 24 of the fourteenth day of
March, and No. 40 of the second day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and twelve, respectively, regulations were made
prescribing the minimum weight at which blue cod may be
taken, bought, sold, exposed for sale, or kept in possession :
And whereas it is desirable to revoke the said regulations
and to make other regulations in lieu thereof :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority conferred upon him by section five of
the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited
regulations, and doth hereby make the following regulations
in lieu thereof.
REGULATIONS.
(1.) No person shall take, buy, sell, expose for sale, or
have in possession any blue cod of a less length than 10½ in.
in the natural state, or of a less length than 9 in. when properly headed—that is, the head cut off at the back of the eyes.
(2.) Any person committing a breach of the foregoing
regulation shall be liable to a fine of not less than £1 nor
more than £20.

Boundaries of Borough of Onehunga altered.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of February, 1913.

THE HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS a petition has been presented to the Governor, under section one hundred and eighteen of
the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, praying the Governor
to alter the boundaries of the Borough of Onehunga by including therein the area described in the Schedule hereto :
And whereas a notice showing the proposed alteration in
boundaries of the said borough has been gazetted and publicly
notified, and no objections in writing against such alteration
have been lodged :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities vested in him by the Municipal Corporations
Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
declare that, as on and from the twenty-fifth day of February,
one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, the area described
in the Schedule hereto shall be included in the said Borough
of Onehunga.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west by the south-eastern side of Campbell
Road from the northernmost corner of Lot No. 1 of small
lots near Onehunga ; towards the north-east by the north-east boundaries of Lots Nos. 14, 15, 16, 43, 44, 49, 52, 88,
91, 92, and 97 on plan numbered 7941, deposited at the office
of the District Land Registrar, Auckland, by the abutment
of Tawa Road, and by the north-east boundaries of Lots
Nos. 98, 103, 104, 109, 110, 115, and 116 on plan No. 7941
aforesaid ; towards the south-east generally by the south-east boundary of the last-mentioned Lot No. 116, the abutment of Tawhiri Road, by the south-east boundaries of Lots
Nos. 117 and 118 on the said plan No. 7941, by the crossing
of Rawhiti Road, by the south-western side of that road to
the eastern corner of Lot No. 85 on plan deposited as afore-
said numbered 4393, by the south-east boundaries of Lot
No. 85 aforesaid and Lot No. 81 on the last-mentioned plan,
the abutment of Moata Road, by the south-east boundaries
of Lots Nos. 77 and 73 on the aforesaid plan No. 4393, by
the abutment of Ngamata Road, by the south-east boundaries of Lots Nos. 69 and 67 on plan No. 4393 aforesaid to
the crossing of Moana Road, and by the south-east boundaries of Lots Nos. 89, 87, 86, and 85 on plan No. 3646 deposited as
aforesaid ; towards the south by the crossing of Marire Road,
by the southern boundaries of Lots Nos. 83, 81, 80, 79, and
78 on the said plan No. 3646 and the crossing of Cameron
Street to its western side ; towards the east by the western
side of that street and its production to the south-west side
of Mount Smart Road ; towards the south-west by the said
side of Mount Smart Road to the west side of Queen Street ;
and towards the west by the said side of Queen Street to the
place of commencement.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in the Town of Hunter-ville,
Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth
day of February, 1913.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the public reserve described in the Schedule
hereto is vested in the Hunter-ville Town Board,
in trust, for gravel purposes :
And whereas the said reserve is set apart for one of the
purposes named in Class I of the Second Schedule to the
Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and in the opinion
of the Governor it is expedient to change the purpose of
the said reserve to another of the purposes within the said
Class I, as hereinafter mentioned :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him
by section four of the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the public
reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be and the
same is hereby changed from gravel purposes to a municipal-endowment ; and, by and with the like advice and consent,
doth hereby declare that the said reserve shall become
and the same is hereby vested in the Hunter-ville Town
Board, in trust, for a municipal endowment.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 36 perches, more or less, being Section
266, Town of Hunter-ville. Bounded towards the north-east by Marshall Road, 180 links, and by Milne Street, 99·9
links ; towards the south-east by Section 40, Town of Hunter-ville, 150 links ; and towards the south-west by Section 41
of said town, 199·4 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L.
and S. 38746/20, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a)
of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a
local authority shall not declare any county road or district
road to be stopped, and such road shall not be deemed to be
stopped, until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order
in Council gazetted is obtained :
And whereas the Bruce County Council has applied for
such consent in respect to the roads described in the
Schedule hereto :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise
