VALLEY WARD.
All that area in the City of Dunedin bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and south-east by the north-western, north-eastern, and south-eastern boundary-lines of the City of Dunedin as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 81, of the 31st October, 1912, page 3121, from the junction of Maori Hill Borough with Pine Hill Terrace to the Leith Ward hereinbefore described, and towards the south-west generally by that ward to the place of commencement.
ROSLYN WARD.
All that area in the City of Dunedin bounded towards the north-west and towards the north-east by the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of the City of Dunedin as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 81, of the 31st October, 1912, page 3121, from its westernmost corner to the Leith Ward hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east by that ward and Central Ward, hereinbefore described, to the south-east corner of Section No. 87, Block VI, Town Survey District; and thence towards the south-west generally by south-western boundary-lines of the City of Dunedin aforesaid to the place of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the Crown land in Titirangi and Otahuhu Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Whakatane County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Nelson City Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
