Survey District, Pohangina County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the lessee of the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto, and of the Pohangina County Council, being the
local authority in whose district the said land is situated,
proclaim as a road the land in Pohangina Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured
as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand
and its Dependencies; and issued under
the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government
House, at Wellington, this twenty-first day
of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and thirteen.

Extending Hour for closing Poll on Proposal to adopt Rating
on Unimproved Value, Upper Hutt Town District.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth
day of February, 1913.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in him by the Local Elections and Polls Act,
1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend
the hour at which the poll on the proposal to adopt the system
of rating on unimproved value in the Upper Hutt Town
District, under the Rating Act, 1908, to be taken on the
twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
thirteen, shall close, to seven o'clock in the afternoon of
the same day.

Opening Lands in Auckland Land District for Selection on
Renewable Lease.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur
William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the
lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for
selection on renewable lease on Tuesday, the twenty-fifth
day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
thirteen, at the rentals mentioned in the said Schedule;
and I do also declare that the said lands shall be leased
under and subject to section one hundred and thirty-five of
the said Act, as they contain, or are supposed to contain,
metal, mineral, or valuable stone.
