Temporary Light on Yaku-shima.
Notice is hereby given that, during repair of Yaku-shima Lighthouse, N.W. point of Yaku-shima, Kumake, Osumi Province, the following temporary light will be shown on the date about the middle of January, 1913 :—
Character : Fixed white light.
Power : 50 candles.
Distance visible : 8 nautical miles in clear weather.
Height of light and illuminated arc are the same as those of the permanent light.

REFERRING to Notice to Mariners No. 12 of 1913 (and subsequent notices relating to South Woody Point beacon), mariners are hereby notified that such beacon has again disappeared, and a black nun buoy in lieu of such beacon has been moored in about 9 ft. of water close to the position occupied by the beacon.

Permit to import Opium.
