conditions with respect to the building-line as the Governor,
by Order in Council, thinks fit to impose:
And whereas the Dunedin City Council, being the local
authority having control of the street described in the
Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should
not apply to the said street:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution
should be approved:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act,
and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
approve of the said resolution in so far as it affects the said
street described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street situated in the City of Dunedin,
known as Campbell's Road, forming part of the north-western boundary of and intersecting Section 18, Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, as the said
portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 32958, and deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of District Road, in the East Taieri District, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public
Works Act, 1908, subject to certain Conditions as to the
Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of February, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by subsection one of section one hundred and
seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is,
inter alia, provided that the said section shall not apply in any case where the local authority having control of a road
or street by resolution declares that the provisions thereof shall not apply to any specified road or street, or any specified
part thereof, and such resolution is approved by the Governor
in Council:
And whereas by subsection two of section one hundred
and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, and clause (b)
of subsection one of section thirteen of the Public Works
Amendment Act, 1911, it is provided that such approval may
be either absolute or subject to such conditions as the Governor in Council thinks fit to impose, and may refer to one
or both sides of the road or street:
And whereas the Taieri County Council, the local authority
having control of the portion of road described in the
Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should
not apply to the said portion of road:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution
should be approved in so far as it refers to the southern
side of the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto,
subject to the conditions hereinafter mentioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act, and
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the
said resolution to the extent hereinbefore mentioned, subject
to the condition that no building, or part of a building, shall
be erected on the southern side of the said portion of road
at any time within thirty-three feet of the centre-line of the
said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of District Road in the East Taieri
District, Otago Land District, fronting Section 28, Irregular
Block, East Taieri District, being a distance of 33 chains,
more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 32850, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in
the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured
red.

Association incorporated.—Notice No. 1690.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this eleventh
day of February, 1913.

THE Honourable W. F. MASSEY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
incorporate the members of the Northern Suburban Agricultural and Horticultural Association, and such persons as
shall hereafter be admitted members of the said association
agreeably to the rules of the said association and the provisions of the said Act, into a body corporate under the style
and title of “The Northern Suburban Agricultural and Horticultural Association.”

Altering Representation of certain Combined Districts on Otago
Harbour Board, and appointing Principal Authorities.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of February, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section twelve of the Harbours Amendment Act, 1910 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the said
Act’), it is enacted that the creation, abolition, merger, union, division, or other alteration of any constituent or combined district shall not in itself have any operation so as to affect the then existing membership of the Board, and that
the Governor may from time to time by Order in Council,
whenever in his opinion it becomes necessary or expedient
so to do, make such provision with respect to the representation of any part of any constituent or combined district as
he thinks fit:
And whereas the City of Dunedin and the Borough of St.
Kilda were made a combined district for the election of four
members, and the Boroughs of Maori Hill, Roslyn, and
Mornington were made a combined district for the election
of one member, of the Otago Harbour Board:
And whereas the City of Dunedin and the Borough of
Roslyn have become one united borough, by the name of
the City of Dunedin, and it is necessary to make provision
for the representation of the districts hereinbefore mentioned
on the Otago Harbour Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act,
and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that
behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
order and declare that four members of the Otago Harbour
Board shall be elected by the electors of the City of Dunedin
as now constituted and the Borough of St. Kilda, and one
member by the electors of the Boroughs of Maori Hill and
Mornington, in lieu of four members by the electors of the
City of Dunedin and the Borough of St. Kilda and one member by the electors of the Boroughs of Maori Hill, Roslyn,
and Mornington; and doth hereby select and appoint the
Dunedin City Council and the Mornington Borough Council
to be the respective principal authorities for the purposes of
such elections by the electors of the combined districts as
hereby altered.
