A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway to take further land in Kawakawa Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33010, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessee of the Crown land described in the Schedule

hereto, and of the Amuri County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waiau Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Opotiki County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waioeka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
