NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Lord Plunket Gold-mining Company (Limited) held on the 18th December, 1912, at the office of the company, Hobson Buildings, Auckland, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :—
“That the Lord Plunket Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. SEERING H. MATTHEWS be the Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named private company held at the registered office of the company on the 12th day of December, 1912, the following special resolution was duly passed, viz. :—
“That it is desirable to reconstruct the company; and, accordingly, that THE AUSTRALASIAN CORRESPONDENCE SCHOOLS (LIMITED) be wound up voluntarily; and that CHARLES VICTOR ROBERTSON, of Auckland, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up; that the said CHARLES VICTOR ROBERTSON be authorized to consent to the registration of a new company, to be named HEMINGWAY AND ROBERTSON’S AUSTRALASIAN CORRESPONDENCE SCHOOLS (LIMITED), having a capital of twenty-five thousand pounds (£25,000); and that the Liquidator be and he is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the new company for the sale and purchase of the business of THE AUSTRALASIAN CORRESPONDENCE SCHOOLS (LIMITED) in the terms of the draft agreement submitted to the meeting.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, HERBERT HENRY COOK and THOMAS FULLARTON MURRAY, in the business of Land Agents, and carried on at Christchurch under the style or firm of “Cook and Murray,” was dissolved as on the twenty-second day of October last by mutual consent.
All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said HERBERT HENRY COOK, by whom the business will be carried on at Christchurch as heretofore under the style or firm of “H. H. Cook and Company.”
