TAIRUA GOLDEN HILLS (LIMITED).
[INCORPORATED 6TH DECEMBER, 1911.]
At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above company duly convened and held at 62 Shortland Street, Auckland, on 6th November, 1912, the subjoined special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of shareholders duly convened and held at the same place on twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, the same resolution was confirmed :-
"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and a Liquidator be appointed for the purpose of such winding-up."
At the latter meeting THOMAS FREDERICK WALLACE was appointed Liquidator of the company.

909 GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the 909 GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED) held at Cromwell on the 22nd November, 1912, the following resolutions were passed :-
"1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
"2. That Mr. G. STUMBLES be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."

SUBSCRIPTIONS.βThe subscription is at the rate of 33s. per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 3 oβclock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the GOVERNMENT PRINTER, Wellington, to whom post-office money orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed "Public a/c," and exchange added.
Postage or duty stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.
Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication, a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.

In the matter of the Road Boards Act, 1908, and its amendments; and in the matter of a new road district proposed to be constituted under the above-mentioned Act.
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the rights in that behalf contained in the above-mentioned Act, it is intended by a sufficient number of the ratepayers of the district hereunder defined to present to the Kairanga County Council a petition praying that a new road district be constituted by special order of the said Council under and by virtue of its powers under section 4 of the Road Boards Act, 1908, such district to be bounded as follows :-
Commencing at the point of intersection of Sections 4, 5, and 6, Block XII, Te Kawau Survey District; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundary of Sections 1614, 1616, and 1602, Block IX, Kairanga Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction along the western boundary of Section 1601, Block IX, Kairanga Survey District, to the Bunnythorpe-Kairanga Road; thence in a south-easterly direction along the Karere Road and the south-western boundaries of Sections 1599, and 1593, and 7, 25, 24, and 23, Blocks IX and XIII, Kairanga Survey District, to the Manawatu River; thence westerly by the Manawatu River to the junction of the Manawatu River and the Oroua River; thence northerly by the Oroua River to the northern boundary of Section 3, Block XII, Te Kawau Survey District; and thence in a south-easterly direction along the said last-mentioned boundary-line to the Aorangi Road to the southern boundary of Section 4, Block V, Kairanga Survey District; and thence in a south-easterly direction by the southern boundary of the said Section 4, Block V, Kairanga Survey District, and the southern boundary of Section 1614, Block IX, Kairanga Survey District, to the point of commencement.
A copy of the said petition, together with a plan of the proposed district, may be seen at the offices of Messieurs Loughnan and Jacobs, Solicitors, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North.
