Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino 5B No. 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 13th day of December, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said block of land known as Waimarino 5B No. 3 be sold to Nora Craig, of Wanganui, for the sum of £629.”

Dated at Wanganui this 18th day of November, 1912.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waipu 4A5B Block, containing 569 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 11th day of December, 1912, at noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land known as Waipu 4A5B, containing 569 acres, be sold to Mary Cameron Glasgow for the sum of £650.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketotara 2D2B, containing 2,663 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 11th day of December, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land known as Puketotara 2D2B be sold to George Kellick Williams for the sum of £1 per acre.”

“That the said block be sold to Catherine Sutherland at the price assessed by an up-to-date Government valuation.”

“That the said block be sold to Catherine Sutherland at the price assessed by an up-to-date Government valuation.”
