Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Karetu 3A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 13th day of December, 1912, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Emma Glasgow, of Turakina, wife of William Glasgow of the same place, farmer, for a sum equal to the Government valuation thereof, but not less than £7 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino B No. 1, containing 633 acres 1 rood, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 11th day of December, 1912, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said block of land be sold to Wilfrid Atkins, of Wanganui, at £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whitianga 2B16 Block, containing 5,425 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 13th day of December, 1912, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land be accepted.”
