SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 110 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or
less, being Section 3, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District.
Bounded towards the north generally by a public road, 575·1,
529·5, 272·5, 163·5, 254·6, 268·1, 550·9, 949·8, and 383 links ;
towards the north-east by a line bearing 154° 12', 415·7 links ;
towards the south-east by lines bearing 226° 54', 3046 links,
and 250° 17', 1128·7 links; towards the south-west by the
main South Road 150 links wide, 843·3, 1001·3, and 1024·3
links; and towards the north-west by a line bearing 49° 19',
2110·7 links : be all the aforesaid linkages and bearings more
or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and
S. 5439/22, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Recreation Reserve in Canterbury Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of November, 1912.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Domett Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Domett Domain Board.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Reserve No. 3895, situated in Block XVI, Lowry Peaks Survey District.
Bounded towards the south-east by Lot 20, Domett Village, 762·1 links ; towards the south-west by Darroch Road, 688·1 links; and towards the north-west and north-east by the Waipara-Cheviot Road, 1221·2 links : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1276/23, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 16 perches, more or less, being
Section 140, Town of Manunui. Bounded towards the north-west by the abutment of a road and by Crown land, 737·6 links; towards the north-east generally by a road and river-bank reserve, 609·8 links, 398·3 links, and 484·7 links; towards the south generally by Sections 75 and 76, by the abutment of a public road, and by Section 144, 388·2 links, 314 links, and 750·27 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 418/33, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Southland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Limehills Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Limehills Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 27 perches, more or less, being Sections 1 to 19, both inclusive, of Block XXI, Town of Lime-hills. Bounded towards the north by Alba Street, 1647 links ; towards the east by Avon Road, 500 links ; towards the south by Norman Street, 1620·5 links ; and towards the west by Ayr Street, 500·7 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1442/8A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Amending Regulations for Trout, Carp, and Perch Fishing in the Waimarino Acclimatization District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of November, 1912.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 77, of the first day of October following, regulations were made for trout, carp, and perch fishing in the Waimarino Acclimatization District:
And whereas it is desirable to amend the said regulations in the manner hereinafter described :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-minion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby add the following proviso to Regulation No. 4 of the hereinbefore-recited regulations :—
Provided that it shall be unlawful to fish with the houhou (or matai grub) or the creeper.
