Declaring that an Education Reserve in Auckland Land District shall be sold.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the three-hundred-and-thirtieth section of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, which has been reserved for educational purposes, shall be sold, subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

EDUCATION RESERVE, part of Allotment 17, Puniu Parish, situated in Block XIV, Drury Survey District, containing an area of 3 acres 3 roods 7·82 perches, more or less.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Approxi- mate Area of the Piece of Land taken. Being Portion of Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 16 0 18 Section 3, Te Pangu Native Reserve X Arapawa L. & S. 1912/1091 Red.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington.
