of Inchclutha, has been dissolved by mutual consent.

WILLIAM E. WOODS GREAT PEPPERMINT CURE
COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 223 of
the Companies Act, 1908, that at a duly convened
extraordinary general meeting of the above-mentioned com-
pany held at the company’s offices, Wellington, on the 24th
October, 1908, resolutions were passed to wind up the com-
pany voluntarily, and appointing JOHN URIE TURNBULL, of
Wellington, Mercantile Clerk, Liquidator thereof, with power
to consent to the registration of a company named “W. E.
Woods (Limited),” and to transfer, under the provisions of
section 259 of the said Act, the business of the first-mentioned
company to the said W. E. Woods (LIMITED) as a going con-
cern; and the said resolutions were duly confirmed at a
subsequent extraordinary meeting of the first-mentioned com-
pany as special resolutions on the 9th November, 1912.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate
of 33s. per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN
ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be sub-
scribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and
any subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged
23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday
evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be
received by the Government Printer before 3 o’clock of
the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the GOVERN-
MENT PRINTER, Wellington, to whom post-office money-
orders should be made payable. Cheques should be
crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.

Postage or duty stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders
are issued.

Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to
prevent delay in publication, a sufficient remittance should
accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be re-
turned with receipted account.
