DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, as Saddlers, at Greymouth, under the style of “Cron and Harnett,” has been dissolved as from the 1st day of October, 1912, by mutual consent. The undersigned, FRANK HARNETT, will carry on the business of the late firm on his own account under the firm-name of “Cron and Harnett,” and will receive all debts owing to the late firm, and will discharge all liabilities of the late firm.

In the matter of the Road Boards Act, 1908, and its amendments; and in the matter of a new road district proposed to be constituted under the above-mentioned Act.
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the rights in that behalf contained in the above-mentioned Act, it is intended by a sufficient number of the ratepayers of the district hereunder defined to present to the Manawatu County Council a petition praying that a new road district be constituted by special order of the said Council under and by virtue of its powers under section 4 of the Road Boards Act, 1908, such district to be bounded as follows:—
