Resolution made by the Council of the Borough of Grey Lynn.

Wellington, 8th November, 1912.
THE following resolution, made by the Grey Lynn Borough Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendment.

GREY LYNN BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Resolution making Special Rate.—Loan of £4,000.—Drainageworks.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and the amendments thereto, the Grey Lynn Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund and other charges on a loan of £4,000, authorized to be raised by the Grey Lynn Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of part construction of drainage-works within the borough, the said Grey Lynn Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/9 of a penny in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property of the Borough of Grey Lynn; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable in one sum yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan be fully paid off.
I, George Baildon, Mayor of the Borough of Grey Lynn, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted at a properly constituted meeting of the Grey Lynn Borough Council held in the Council Chambers, Rose Road, Grey Lynn, on the 14th day of October, 1912.

THE following resolution, made by the Tauhei Drainage Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendment.

TAUHEI DRAINAGE BOARD.
Resolution making Special Rate.
AT a special meeting of the Tauhei Drainage Board held on Tuesday, the 1st day of October, 1912, it was resolved as follows: That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £425, authorized to be raised by the Tauhei Drainage Board for the purpose of draining No. 1 Special-rating Area, as shown on plan of said area, and comprising the whole of the lands contained in Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 on D.P. 4950, and 60 acres of Section No. 3 on D.P. 6566, Tauhei Block, the said Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 3d. in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property within the said No. 1 Special Rating-Area; and that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the 31st day of March and the 30th day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
The above resolution was confirmed at a meeting of the Board held on Tuesday, 5th November, 1912.

Resolution made by the Council of the County of Castlepoint.

THE following resolution, made by the Castlepoint County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendment.

CASTLEPOINT COUNTY COUNCIL.
Resolution making Special Rate.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 4 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1910, the Castlepoint County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £900, authorized to be raised by the Castlepoint County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendments, for the purpose of rebuilding the county bridge known as the “Hangman’s Bridge,” the said Castlepoint County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/48 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property comprised within the whole of the County of Castlepoint; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of February and the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
We hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed at a special meeting of the Castlepoint County Council held on the 9th day of November, 1912.

THE following resolution, made by the Spreydon Borough Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendment.

SPREYDON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Resolution making Special Rate for Street-improvements.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, the Spreydon Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £1,000, authorized to be raised by the Spreydon Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Acts, for asphalting, channelling, and regrading streets, the said Spreydon Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 7/64 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the special-rating area in the Borough of Spreydon described in the Schedule hereto.
Schedule.
All that block of land situated in the Selwyn County, being Rural Sections Nos. 154 and 98, and part of Rural Section 76, in the Canterbury Land District. Commencing at the junction of the south-east side of the Lincoln Road with the north-east bank of the River Heathcote; thence following the said bank south-easterly to its intersection with a line parallel to and 7 chains distant from Cobham Street in a south-easterly direction; thence following this said line north-easterly to a point 7 chains south-west from the Wilderness Road; thence south-easterly following a line parallel to and 7 chains distant from the Wilderness Road to the north-west bank of the River Heathcote; thence following the River Heathcote to Colombo Street; thence following Colombo Street to Strickland Street; thence following Strickland Street, South Crescent Road, Jerrold Street, and Bright’s Road to the Lincoln Road; and thence following the Lincoln Road to the commencing-point.
And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half
