Proposed term of license: Forty-two years.

Purpose for which race is to be granted: Hydraulic sluicing.

For the purpose of construction and maintenance a strip of land, 14 ft. wide, on the lower side of said race, throughout its entire course, is also applied for.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of FRANK HARRIS AND CO. (LIMITED), (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the office of the company, Wellesley Street, on the 2nd day of September, 1912, a resolution as hereunder was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 18th day of September, 1912, the before-mentioned resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution.

Special Resolution.

“That, in terms of the agreement between the company and FRANK HARRIS, of Auckland, bearing date the 22nd day of April, 1912, it is necessary to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that Mr. JOHN GIFFORD RESTELL, of Auckland, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between THOMAS EMERSON WILSON and JOHN EDWARD PALMER, carrying on business as Land and Commission Agents, &c., at Waverley, under the style or firm of “T. E. Wilson and Co.,” has been dissolved as from the 1st day of October, 1912, so far as concerns the said THOMAS EMERSON WILSON, who retires from the said business, and whose interest therein has been acquired by JAMES COCHRANE GRAY.

The business will be carried on by the said JOHN EDWARD PALMER and JAMES COCHRANE GRAY under the style or firm of “Palmer and Gray.”
