A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Land in Block XI, Belmont Survey District, taken for the Purposes of a Septic Tank.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, for a certain public work, to wit, for the purposes of a septic tank in Block XI, Belmont Survey District;
And whereas the Wellington City Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the Public Works Act, 1908;
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a septic tank as aforesaid, and shall, as from the date hereinafter specified, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington; and it is hereby declared that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of a street in the Borough of Maori Hill;
And whereas the Maori Hill Borough Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, together with a map (in duplicate), and also the statutory declaration, as required by the Public Works Act, 1908;
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Maori Hill, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.
