NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution, “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the terms of the Companies Act,” was passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 11th September, 1912, and confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 7th October, 1912.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
THE MOTOR REGULATION ACT, 1908.
THE Council of the County of Tauranga hereby give public notice that at a meeting of the Council held on Tuesday, 2nd July, 1912, the said Council resolved that Part II of the above Act should be brought into operation within the said county on 1st August, 1912.

REGISTRATION OF MOTORS.
In the matter of the Motor Regulation Act, 1908, and amendments thereto.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Selwyn County Council has decided by resolution that the Motor Regulation Act, 1908, shall be brought into operation in the County of Selwyn on and after the 12th day of October, 1912, and from that date the said Selwyn County Council intends to become a registering authority as prescribed by the Act.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Lancaster Land Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, 153–5 Featherston Street, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1912, the following extraordinary resolutions were duly passed:—
- “That it is proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that it be wound up accordingly.
- “That Mr. W. BEAUCHAMP-PLATTS be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.”
