EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of occupation lease under the Mining Districts Land Occupation Act, 1894, Vol. 25, folio 151, comprising Section 23, Block IV, Kawatiri, whereof WILLIAM HENNESSY, of Fairdown, Labourer, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me to issue a provisional lease, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional lease at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

I N pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon them by the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in that behalf them thereunto enabling, the Ashley County Council (hereinafter called the Council) do hereby by special order make and ordain the following by-law:—

  1. This by-law may be shortly cited as the Ashley Traffic-bridge By-law.
