Award of the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers’ Decoration.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve
of the award of the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers’
Decoration to

Lieutenant - Colonel ROBERT HEATON RHODES, 1st
Mounted Rifles (Canterbury Yeomanry Cavalry),

he having a total rank and commissioned service to the 27th
September, 1912, entitling him thereto of twenty years and
seventy-four days.

Redefining Boundaries of the Borough of Hamilton and the Kirikiriroa Road District, and also of Waikato County.

Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 10th October, 1912.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 20 of the Muni-
cipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, the bound-
aries of the Borough of Hamilton are hereby defined as set
out in the First Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the said
borough having been altered by an Order in Council dated
the 20th day of August, 1912, made under the Municipal
Corporations Act, 1908, and published in Gazette No. 70, of
the 29th day of August, 1912.

And also, in pursuance of the provisions of section 20 of
the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, the
boundaries of the Kirikiriroa Road District and of the County
of Waikato, affected by the alteration made by the said
Order in Council dated the 26th day of August, 1912, are
hereby defined as set out respectively in the Second and
Third Schedules hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

BOUNDARIES OF THE BOROUGH OF HAMILTON.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a
line along the left bank of the Waikato River from the Wai-
tawhiriwhiri Stream to a point in line with the northern side
of Boundary Road; thence across the Waikato River and
along the northern side of Boundary Road to and across River
Road; thence along the north-eastern side of River Road,
566·7 links; thence along the eastern and south-eastern
boundaries of Allotment No. 3 on plan No. 4721, deposited
in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and
along the south-eastern boundary of Allotment No. 12 on
the aforesaid plan to Casey’s Avenue; thence along a right
