A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a discharge of Mortgage No. 17900, over Sections 19 and 20, Block V, Tiger Hill District, THE NEW ZEALAND STATE-GUARANTEED ADVANCES OFFICE SUPERINTENDENT, Mortgages, and a declaration having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the outstanding duplicate of said mortgage, I hereby give notice that I intend to register the said discharge and dispense with the production of the said duplicate mortgage, as empowered by section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1908, unless caveat be lodged in this office forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of publication hereof.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
N OTICE is hereby given that the Motueka Harbour Board proposes, under the provisions of the Harbours Act, 1908, and its amendments, and the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute harbour-works—namely, to erect beacons and other harbour-works; and for the purposes of such harbour-works the land specified in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required is deposited in the Motueka Harbour Board office, situate at Motueka Wharf, and is open for inspection, without fee, during ordinary office hours; and that all persons affected are called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections they may have to the execution of such works or the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the said Motueka Harbour Board, addressed to me at the office aforesaid,
