In the matter of F. Craven and Co. (Limited), (a private
company).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary
general meeting of the above-named company held
at the registered office of the Dannevirke Co-operative
Association (Limited), in Dannevirke, on the 13th day of
August, 1912, it was resolved :-
“ That F. CRAVEN AND Co. (LIMITED) be wound up voluntarily ; and that SEPTIMUS ASHCROFT be and he is hereby
appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”,
And that such resolution was entered in the minute-book
of the company, and signed by all the members of the
company.

THE KAIPARA STEAMSHIP COMPANY
(LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the Kaipara Steamship Company (Limited) held
at Auckland on the 24th July, 1912, the following resolutions were passed, and subsequently confirmed at a further
extraordinary general meeting held for that purpose on
the 14th August, 1912:-
“ 1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“ 2. That Mr. H. R. J. SHORT be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JOHN WILLIAM JONES, late
of Dunedin, in Otago, in New Zealand, Marine Storekeeper, but now of Auckland, in the Provincial District
of Auckland, in New Zealand, of the one part, and
LAURENCE HENRY HENDERSON, of North-east Valley, near
Dunedin aforesaid, Coal-merchant, of the other part, carrying on business as Coal-merchants and Carriers at North-east Valley aforesaid under the style or firm of “ Henderson Brothers and Company,”’ has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the first day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and twelve; and that all debts due to and owing
by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said
LAURENCE HENRY HENDERSON, who will continue to carry
on the said business under the style or firm of “ Henderson
Brothers and Company.”

COOK COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE is hereby given that this Council proposes
to execute a certain public work, and for that purpose to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
The works proposed to be undertaken are the formation,
metalling, and drainage of a road in the Whangara LB
Block, to connect with the road in Whangara No. 1 Block.
Any person having any objection to the taking of the
land, or who will be injuriously affected by the construction of the road, is required to state the objection in
writing, and send the writing to the office of the Cook
County Council, Childers Road, Gisborne, on or before
the 4th day of September, 1912.
A plan of the roads to be taken and of the works to be
undertaken may be seen at the office of the Council during
office hours.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between HARRY EDWIN REDSTONE
and JOHN ALBERT EDWARD KERSLAKE, carrying on business
as Storekeepers at Cheltenham under the style of “ Redstone and Kerslake,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of July, 1912.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be
received and paid respectively by JOHN ALBERT EDWARD
KERSLAKE, who will continue to carry on the said business
under the style of “ Redstone and Kerslake.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between GEORGE HAMILTON GRAPES
and WILLIAM EDWARD ROBINS, as Fruit-growers, under the
style of “ Grapes and Robins,” was by mutual consent
dissolved as from the ninth day of August, one thousand
nine hundred and twelve.

matter of Nodine and Co. (Limited), in voluntary
liquidation.
NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the
above-named company are required, on or before
the 3rd day of September, 1912, to send their names and
addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to HERBERT DOUGLAS VICKERY, at 100 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so
required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator,
are personally or by their solicitors to come in and prove
their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall
be specified in such notice, or in default they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before
such debts or claims are proved.

Nodine and Co. (Limited).
ON the 10th day of August, 1912, the following resolution was duly passed by NODINE AND CO. (LIMITED),
and signed by the members of the company in conformity
with section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908 :-
“ In accordance with the provisions of subsection (6) of
section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908, it is hereby resolved this 10th day of August, 1912, that NODINE AND CO. (LIMITED) be wound up voluntarily; and that HERBERT DOUGLAS VICKERY, Public Accountant, Wellington, be and
is hereby appointed Liquidator.”
