I, ALBERT SELBY, of Wellington, Civil Servant, do hereby give notice that I have assumed and intend henceforth upon all occasions to sign and use and be called and be known by the Christian name of ROBIN, in lieu of and in substitution for my present Christian name of ALBERT; and that such change or assumption of name is evidenced by a declaration under my hand dated the 12th day of August, 1912, and enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington.
