A PPLICATION having been made to me to register
a re-entry by LEWIS HENRY RAYNER, of
Waverley, Settler, as lessor under Memorandum of Lease
No. 8701, affecting Section 3, Block IV, Omahine Survey
District, and Section 38, Block III, Wairoa Survey Dis-
trict, being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 110,
folio 234, Wellington Registry, of which WILLIAM
DAVID KENEALY, of Waverley, Settler, is the regis-
tered lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register the
re-entry as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding
the same on or before the 26th day of August, 1912.

Farmer, is the registered proprietor, and application
having been made to me for the issue of a provisional

such provisional certificate of title at the expiration of
