CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the powers in me for this purpose vested by the Customs Law Act, 1908, I, Francis Marion Bates Fisher, the Minister of Customs, do hereby appoint that the undermentioned building shall be a place where goods may be deposited for examination on the landing thereof, namely,—
WHARF SHED, MARKED “C,”
situated on Eckford’s Wharf, on Sections 12 and 13 of Block 46, Opawa, Cloudy Bay, Port of Wairau.

Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouse.
CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the authority in me for this purpose vested, I, the Minister of Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke and annul the appointment of the undermentioned warehouse for the reception and security of goods entered to be warehoused without payment of duty upon the first entry thereof, namely,—
Port of Auckland.
The warehouse known as Nathan’s Bond, as appointed and described in Minister’s Order No. 978, of the 13th day of October, 1911.

Approving and appointing a Bonding Warehouse.
CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the powers in me for this purpose vested by the Customs Law Act, 1908, I, the Minister of Customs, do hereby approve and appoint the undermentioned warehouse to be a warehouse for the reception of goods under bond, namely,—
Port of Auckland.
A brick building, roofed with iron, situate in Commerce Street, on Allotments Nos. 8, 29, and 30, Section No. 2, City of Auckland, to be known as
NATHAN’S BOND.

Revoking and Reaffirming Prohibitions for Despatch of Letters and Issue of Money-orders: W. Chase and C.C. and P. Agency, Sydney.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the person now addressed at Post-office Box 1530, Sydney, is not engaged in a fraudulent business, hereby revokes the orders made under section 28 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, on the 22nd day of April, 1911, and the 16th day of August, 1911, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 29th day of June, 1911, and the 24th day of August, 1911, respectively, so far as they forbid that any money-order shall be issued or any postal packet either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand to the said Post-office Box 1530, Sydney, and orders that money-orders shall be issued and postal packets shall be registered and forwarded to that address in the usual course; and doth hereby further order that, except as altered by this order, the said orders of the 22nd day of April, 1911, and the 16th day of August, 1911, shall continue in full force and effect, and that no money-order shall therefore be issued and no postal packet shall be registered or forwarded to the person or the agency named in the aforesaid orders and in the Schedule hereto.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block VII, Linkwater Survey District, for Road Purposes.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in Block VII, Linkwater Survey District, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Picton, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of such public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.
