Stopping Government Roads in the Township of Ratanui.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto are no longer required for the purposes of roads:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the roads in Ratanui Township described in the Schedule hereto.

Additional Regulations under Section 274 of the Native Land Act, 1909.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of July, 1912.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section two hundred and seventy-four of the Native Land Act, 1909, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following additional regulations for the purpose of the said section, and doth hereby declare that these regulations shall be read with the regulation made under the said section on the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
REGULATIONS.
- In addition to the terms prescribed by the said regulations of the 13th March, 1911, the term of any advance may be ten years, and every instalment in respect thereof shall be calculated and payable in accordance with the table in the Schedule hereto.
