Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IX, Waitapu Survey District, Nelson Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee of the Crown land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Takaka County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Additional Land at Paroa taken for the Purposes of the Greymouth-Hokitika Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Greymouth-Hokitika Railway to take further land at Paroa, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Amending Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Road in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section five of the Land Act, 1908, it is therein provided that every Proclamation, Order in Council, or other instrument, whether made under any Act in force prior to the commencement of that Act, or made under or by virtue of that Act, and all regulations, by-laws, conditions, or rules made by the Governor, the Minister, or any Land Board, may be altered, amended, or revoked from time to time :
And whereas it is necessary to amend a Proclamation issued under the said Act, taking land for a road in Rangiriri Survey District, dated the fifteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and hereinafter referred to as “the said Proclamation”:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the said Act, do hereby amend the said Proclamation as follows—namely, by the substitution of 463 for 463A in the first line of the second column of the Schedule to the said Proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section five of the Land Act, 1908, it is therein provided that every Proclamation, Order in Council, or other instrument, whether made under any Act in force prior to the commencement of that Act, or made under or by virtue of that Act, and all regulations, by-laws, conditions, or rules made by the Governor, the Minister, or any Land Board, may be altered, amended, or revoked from time to time :
