A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

ERRATUM.—In Schedule to Proclamation, dated 14th February, 1912, taking additional land at Addington for the purposes of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 17, of 22nd February, 1912, page 803, for “Approximate Area of each of the Parcels of Land taken, 0a. 1r. 14·5p., 0a. 3r. 29p.,” read “Approximate Area of each of the Parcels of Land taken, 0a. 1r. 13·7p., 0a. 3r. 29·8p.”
