Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari No. 3A, Section 5G, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Tuesday, the 6th day of August, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to O. E. Farrow for £1,320.”

Dated at Auckland, this 15th day of July, 1912.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 3A No. 5H will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Tuesday, the 6th day of August, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to O. E. Farrow for £710.”

“That the said land be sold to Leslie Gardner for £2,250.”

“That the said land be sold to W. H. Rowley at £1 10s. per acre.”
