REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana-Parekarangi 3A3B5C No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Saturday, the 10th day of August, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed sale of the said land to Richard Handcock shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua, this 12th day of July, 1912.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paengaroa North F 3B No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Maketu, on Saturday, the 10th day of August, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed sale of the said land to William James Kelly shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua, this 12th day of July, 1912.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 3C4A No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Tuesday, the 6th day of August, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the said land be sold to W. H. Rowley at £1 10s. per acre.
“ (2.) That the said land be sold to James Giltrap at £1 5s. per acre.”
Dated at Auckland, this 15th day of July, 1912.

“ That the land be sold to F. T. Moginie for £1,240.”

“ That the said land be sold to P. B. Morris for £985.”
Dated at Auckland, this 15th day of July, 1912.
