Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II).
To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 18-6 perches, being Allotments 11 and 12 on D.P. 180, Township of Maple Hill, and being parts of Sections 46 and 48, North-east Valley. The last registered owner of the land was ANNIE MEEHAN, wife of Thomas Meehan, of Dunedin, Coachsmith, who cannot now be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has not thereby ascertained who the owner of the above-described land is, and believes that such owner is not in the Dominion:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land; and if he fails or neglects so to do, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II).

To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 80 acres, more or less, situated in the Parish of Waitara, in the County of Eden, and being the north-eastern portion of Allotment 8. Bounded on the north-east by Allotment 7 and a line, 3880 links; on the south-east by a road 100 links wide, 140 links, 866 links, 618 links, and 487 links respectively; on the south-west by other portion of Allotment 8, 4760 links; and on the north-west by a road of width aforesaid, 565 links; and by the same road continued to the point of commencement. The land was Crown-granted to one ROBERT McWATT, of Auckland, Settler, who cannot now be traced.

The Surveyors' Board of New Zealand, Wellington, 26th June, 1912.
It is hereby notified for general information that the Surveyors' Board, in conjunction with the Australian Surveyors' Boards, will conduct an examination of candidates for licenses to survey, commencing at 10 a.m. on Monday, 23rd September, 1912, at the Dominion Museum, Wellington.
Candidates are notified that their applications, on the proper form, must reach the Secretary of the Board at least thirty days before the date of the examination, and that the examination fee of £1 1s. must be paid, at least seven days before the date of the examination, to the Secretary of the Board, from whom examination regulations, application forms, and other particulars may be obtained.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned reserves will be offered for lease by public auction for a term of twenty-one years, with perpetual right of renewal for further successive terms of twenty-one years, at the District Lands and Survey Office, Blenheim, at 11 o'clock a.m. on Monday, the 12th day of August, 1912, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1908, and amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 326 of the Land Act, 1908, that part of Section 7, Block II, Heringa Survey District, containing 4 acres 1 rood 10 perches, will be disposed of to the holder of adjoining land under section 128 of the Land Act, 1908, on and after Friday, 9th August, 1912.
