A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Clutha County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Clutha Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

Proclaiming Road-lines in Blocks III, IV, VII, and VIII, Heao Survey District, Ohura and Whangamomona Counties, as Public Roads.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the road-lines described in the Schedule hereto have been laid out by the Native Land Court in terms of subsection one of section one hundred and seventeen of the Native Land Act, 1909:

And whereas it is considered expedient to proclaim the road-lines so laid out as public roads:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and seventeen of the Native Land Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim the said road-lines as public roads; and I do also declare that the same shall, on and after the date of this Proclamation, vest in the Crown as public roads accordingly.
